My Prayer

Dear God, forgive me for any harm I have cause to your house. I did not do any of this to harm your house but to draw attention to the problems in your house. I ask for forgiveness from the people that were harm, such as my wife, who was drawn into this by people without courage. I pray that these people without courage, to find you lord and start doing your work. Help these people to see your goodness and to know your will. Help the pastor to find a way to minster to the congregation at Amelon. Help the pastor to see the needs of the church. Lord, I pray for the many people that have left Amelon because they were frustrated and because they feel nobody is listening. God, we should always remember you are listening, even when the leadership of the church is not. Please lord help the members of the church to find the courage to stand up and voice to the leadership their concerns. Protect everyone that is willing to defend your house from the harm. Lord, remind the leaders of the church that everyone in the church has a voice. Remind the leaders that they are there to lead not mange. Protect the children of the church, as they are the future of the church. Protect the leaders of the children, the people that really work with the children and care about the children. Help Amelon to keep members, in a time when it is hard to attract people to your house, we should not allow people to walk away without trying to help them to find you. Show us how to get the inactive members to be active. And the Active members to be even more active. Lord, once again I ask for your forgiveness, yours is the only forgiveness that really counts. Help me to do your work, and to protect your house from future harm. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
